Cauliflower fried sausage
Overview
I got tired of eating fried sausages with broccoli, so I changed to fried sausages with cauliflower. Although the texture is not as crispy as broccoli, cauliflower is a good ingredient for dry pot cooking because cauliflower absorbs oil better and is not greasy.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets

Blanch the cauliflower in salt water

Sausage sliced diagonally

Cut the bell peppers into strips and set aside

On medium-low heat, first pour in the sausage and fry until the oil comes out

Turn up the heat to high, add the cauliflower, add a spoonful of sesame oil, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes

Pour in the bell peppers and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add salt and remove from the pot.
