  1. Wash the glutinous rice and put it into the pot. The water will cover the glutinous rice

  2. Slice the eggplant, (the shape is random and you won’t see it after cooking. You can cut it however you like, but cut it thinly.)

  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry green onions (or green onions) first.
