Red sausage and egg noodles
Overview
If you eat too much instant noodles, you will also eat instant noodles with other flavors. I always use instant noodle seasoning to make instant noodles, but the taste and nutrition feel relatively monotonous. Today I used red sausage, eggs, seaweed and shepherd's purse to make this multi-nutritious instant noodles.

Ingredients: instant noodles, red sausage, seaweed, shepherd's purse (died in spring and blanched in boiling water for later use), eggs, dried shrimps.

Boil the eggs.

Use a knife to split the eggs into two halves and set aside.

Slices of red sausage.

Use flower molds to carve out flower shapes.

Add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil to the shrimp skin and mix well.

Pour the mixed sauce into a bowl.

Take out the instant noodles and cook them in boiling water.

When the instant noodles are almost ready, add seaweed and cook briefly.

Remove the instant noodles and seaweed into a bowl.

Arrange eggs, sausage and shepherd's purse.
