American milk waffles (no oil, no baking powder)
Overview
American waffles are a good choice for breakfast. Many recipes contain butter and baking powder. I am still worried about calories and health issues. This recipe does not contain butter or baking powder, which makes it safer to eat. The milk adds more flavor to this muffin. I ate a few in the morning and I wasn’t hungry in the afternoon.

Steps
-
Raw material weighing
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, put the egg yolks into the flour, and put the egg whites into a beating bowl
-
Add milk, salt, and a small amount of sugar to the flour, and stir evenly with the egg yolk until there are no powdery particles. It would be best if the flour can be sifted in advance.
-
Add the remaining sugar to the egg whites in several batches, and beat until the egg whites form a curved hook shape. The egg white of 1 egg is very difficult to beat, but it is worth it for health.
-
Add the beaten egg whites into the egg yolks and flour batter and mix evenly. Use a mixing technique without making circles
-
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat without adding oil. Pour a spoonful of batter directly into it until small bubbles appear on the surface. Gently move the edges to separate them and flip over.
-
Fry the other side until golden brown. Fry all the batter one after another
-
Arrange on a plate, drizzle with honey and garnish with strawberries. Milk, eggs, staple foods, and fruits are all available!

I made this before and paired it with bananas.
