Little rabbit roasted fruit
Overview
Made to coax the baby~~ When the children wake up from a nap, they have a roasted fruit, which is very satisfying~~ I also used the purple sweet potato filling, which is leftover from making snow-skin mooncakes. The children love it~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add the egg yolk to the condensed milk and stir evenly.
-
Sift the flour and baking powder into the egg yolk condensed milk, knead it into a dough with your hands, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
-
Take out the refrigerated dough, divide it into 6 small portions, each weighing 20g, and roll into balls.
-
Divide the purple sweet potato filling into 15g portions and roll into balls. (For the purple potato filling, please refer to the recipe in the previous snowskin mooncake article)
-
Take a small piece of dough, flatten it (preferably the middle is slightly thicker than the edges, because you need to cut the ears), and put a purple sweet potato filling on it.
-
Tighten it with the tiger's mouth and knead it into a slightly pointed oval shape.
-
Use scissors to cut out the bunny ears without cutting into the purple sweet potato filling.
-
Preheat the oven, middle layer, upper and lower heat, 165 degrees, about 20 minutes. Use chocolate sauce to draw the eyes and mouth of the bunny.
