Pork Ribs Vermicelli Steamed Taro
Overview
This dish is a dish in Cantonese tea snacks. I had the idea to do it myself and added fans. It tastes really good.

Quickly blanch the ribs in water and add light soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, and pepper.

Stir evenly and marinate for half an hour.

After half an hour, add minced garlic and chopped taro and stir evenly.

Soak the vermicelli in water and put it on the bottom of the plate.

Add the well-mixed taro ribs on top of the vermicelli. Place in steamer. Steam over high heat for one hour.

After steaming for an hour, take it out of the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
