Mung bean and duck egg soup

When our Hakka children get angry, it is very popular to eat mung bean steamed duck egg soup, especially when paired with Hakka tea oil. It is really good at clearing away heat and detoxifying, and the preparation method is very simple!

Soak mung beans in water (you can soak them in advance or not)

Put the soaked mung beans into a basin, then put the cadmium water into the electric pressure cooker

Select beans program

When done, add the duck eggs and steam for another 10 minutes! When ready to eat, add a spoonful of tea oil!

When eating, add salt or sugar, rock sugar, or brown sugar according to your preference, any one will taste good!
