Mashed Potato Salad Burger

Overview

A castle is a castle. The castle in fairy tales is always on the top of a hill, with a single road winding up. There is always a lonely tree with no leaves next to the castle. In the night, the camera moves from near to far. The castle and trees on the top of the hill look lonely and eerie, full of mystery. This isn't that castle, this is just a castle mashed potato salad. There is no door or road, it is overgrown with thorns and covered with cobwebs. On the top, a tree is growing on its own.

1. 1 Materials

   

2. 2 Wash the potatoes and cut into large pieces

   

3. 3 Place in a steamer and steam until cooked

   

4. 4 Let cool and peel

   

5. 5 Use a rolling pin to crush it into puree

   

6. 6 Dissolve the salt with appropriate amount of water

   

7. 7 Add to mashed potatoes and mix well

   

8. 8 Add salad dressing and mix well

   

9. 9 Wash the coriander and chop into fine pieces

   

10. 10 Add to mashed potatoes,

    

11. 11 Mix well

    

12. 12 Grate carrots into thin strips and set aside

    

13. 13 Put the mashed potatoes into a piping bag with a pointed tip

    

14. 14 Squeeze it into a pile on the plate

    

15. 15 Sprinkle with carrot shreds

    

16. 16 Put coriander leaves on top

    

17. 17 Drizzle with salad dressing
