Cold Fungus
Overview
The two-year-old naughty child especially loves to eat this fungus. He always asks for it when eating. In addition, fungus and onions are anti-cancer foods. Eating more of them is good for your health~

Soak the fungus in advance, wash it, blanch it in cold water and control the moisture.

Chop the onion and add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil. If you don’t have oyster sauce, you can add less sugar.

Heat a little oil in a pan.

Pour the hot oil into the onions and seasonings and stir evenly.

Pour the seasoning on the fungus and mix well. The photo was taken too quickly and the sauce hasn't seeped down yet, but there should actually be soup underneath.
