Minced Pork, Bamboo Shoot Leaves and Small Tofu
Overview
In our area, small tofu used to be the leftover bean dregs from making tofu, which had a relatively rough texture. Nowadays, crushed northern tofu is basically used instead of okara, which has a delicate taste and higher nutritional value.

Wash lettuce leaves.

Chop the bamboo shoot leaves and mash the tofu.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced meat and stir-fry.

Add salt and pepper.

Release the light soy sauce.

Stir-fry the minced meat until cooked through.

Add tofu and salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add water to half of the tofu.

Cover the pot and simmer until there is no more liquid.

Put the bamboo shoots leaves.

Stir fry evenly.

Remove from pot and plate.
