This is fried meat waffle, very crispy and delicious.

  1. Weigh 300 grams of flour, 4 grams of salt, 10 grams of oil, and 140 grams of water in a bowl, and knead the dough

  4. Start making puff pastry: add 30 grams of oil and put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. (I used 15 grams for this picture, but I found out later that it was missing)

  5. Immediately add 30 grams of flour and stir.

  8. Roll the rested dough into a rectangular sheet.

  11. Ten pieces of dough were cut.

  12. Take a piece of dough, pinch both ends tightly, and lift up.

  14. Press bigger and put appropriate amount of pork floss

  16. The ten pieces of meat floss dough that have been made can be stored in the refrigerator. Of course, it’s more delicious if it’s freshly baked and fried.

  17. Put it into the oil pan and fry both sides over low heat until golden brown. (It will expand when fried) When you eat it, you can see the layers, which are very crispy.
