1. 1 Melt the butter over water, pour in the sugar, and mix evenly

   

2. 2 Add the egg liquid in three batches and mix well

   

3. 3 Mix the potato snowflake powder and flour and pour them all into the butter. Use a spatula to stir until there is no dry powder left

   

4. 4 Press the dough tightly with your hands and gently knead it into a smooth ball. Place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes

   

5. 5 Take out the dough, warm it up and roll it out with a rolling pin into a uniform thickness

   

6. 6 Use a mold to press out the shape

   

7. 7 Place the shaped biscuits on the baking sheet, put them in the oven, and bake at 150℃ for about 12 minutes

   

8. 8 The biscuits are still slightly moist after they come out of the oven, but they will become crispy after cooling!
