Overview
Lazy cook’s favorite ~ cooked corn. Place the beef in the pan and fry until the outer layer turns red and brown. Immediately add corn to cool down to prevent the beef from overcooking. Heat evenly through the pan before serving (the canned corn is already cooked). A perfect match made in heaven!

Cut the beef into strips and then into cubes

Add soy sauce & cooking wine and marinate to taste, then add cornstarch and mix well, then pour in sesame oil anti-stick sealing sauce

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant

Add beef and fry until fragrant

When the outer layer changes color, add corn kernels (cooked) ☆ Use freshly cut corn (raw). If the beef is half-cooked, you need to cook it first, and then return it to the pot after the corn is cooked.
