Omelette with leek sprouts
Overview
In the last recipe, I fried shrimps with leek sprouts, and my son couldn’t forget the delicious leek sprouts. The next day, I bought a small handful and a few eggs at the vegetable market, and made an omelette. It’s a perfect match for rice!

Prepare materials

Cut the leek sprouts into small pieces, crack the eggs and add the seasonings, and chop the garlic into fine pieces

Beat eggs and seasonings evenly and let stand for 5 minutes

Heat a pan, add oil and sauté minced garlic

Fry the leek sprouts until a little soft
