Prepare materials.

Peel the lemon, squeeze the juice and set aside.

Put 250g of pork filling into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients in ingredient A.

Mix well and then stir vigorously in one direction.

Put half of the pork filling into a plastic bag, roll it into 0.2 cm thick slices, and freeze for 1 hour.

Remove the plastic bag and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

In the middle layer of the Petri PE5400 oven, set the upper and lower heat to 180°C. Bake for 15 minutes to set the shape, then turn over and bake until both sides are slightly charred and dark brown.
