  2. Boil the grape skins in a small amount of water for about 5 minutes. I put too much water, so I poured some out into a juice bottle and chilled it. Pure grape juice shouldn't taste too good. When cooking the skin, mash the pulp. I put it in a food processor and beat it for three to five seconds until it breaks into pieces. It can't be too long. It's better to leave some pulp in shape.
