Wash the grapes and separate the skin from the pulp. You can blanch it in boiling water for a few seconds.

Boil the grape skins in a small amount of water for about 5 minutes. I put too much water, so I poured some out into a juice bottle and chilled it. Pure grape juice shouldn't taste too good. When cooking the skin, mash the pulp. I put it in a food processor and beat it for three to five seconds until it breaks into pieces. It can't be too long. It's better to leave some pulp in shape.

Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly to prevent the bottom from forming.

Put water in the glass bottle in advance, heat it, boil it, sterilize it, and let it dry. Once the jam is cooked, it's ready for bottling.

Don't overfill, then cover tightly and buckle down. After cooling, refrigerate and store for one month without opening the lid. I haven't opened it to eat yet. Please make it yourself and then taste it.
