Cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in water to remove the starch

Dice carrots

Blanch peas and corn kernels in water

Cut bacon into small pieces

Two egg yolks, leftover from making protein and shredded coconut balls the day before

A big bowl of leftover rice

Break the two egg yolks into the rice and stir until every grain of rice is covered with egg yolk and looks golden

Heat the pan with cold oil, add potatoes, carrots, corn kernels, and peas and stir-fry, then add bacon and stir-fry

Add rice mixed with egg yolk and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt
