  1. Cut into strips and marinate with salt, chicken essence and cooking wine for 10 minutes

  2. Blanch the strips quickly because they are already seasoned (you don’t need to blanch the strips, there is less blood and foam than the strips)

  4. Arrange the strips and wrap them in dry starch

  8. Wash the rosemary and cut into thin strips (you can also omit the rosemary, but if you add it, the fragrance will be lingering. The rosemary in the picture has not been cut into shreds)

  9. Fry until a little golden, add salt and pepper, add shredded rosemary (you don’t need to add too much rosemary), stir-fry for a while
