Sesame teething stick
Overview
This numbing stick is different from Junzhi's Ala stick. It is crunchier and more suitable for older children or adults. It is not recommended for babies who are too small to eat it because they may choke. Because this one uses yeast and adds sesame seeds, the finished product is very crispy and the strands can't stop popping. (The recipe is adapted from Yumiiiii-chan)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 30 minutes before deflating.
-
Roll out the dough.
-
Cut into thin strips.
-
Then roll into very thin strips with a diameter of about 5-6mm and put them into the baking pan. After 10 minutes at 170 degrees, turn to 185 degrees for about 15 minutes. After finishing, you can put it in the oven for a while to make it completely crispy (the specific time depends on the temperature of your oven and the thickness of your finished product. Anyway, try not to burn it and bake it until it is crispy). After cooling, keep it sealed and eat it as soon as possible.
