Carrot Chicken Sausage
Overview
Homemade chicken sausage is indeed very simple. It is not as complicated as imagined. Process the ingredients into minced meat, add seasonings, mix, squeeze into the mold, and steam it. The chicken sausage is low-fat, fragrant and not greasy. Add some vegetables to make it more nutritious.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: Peel and wash the carrots; wash the chicken breasts and remove the mucous membrane.
-
Peel and wash the potatoes, steam them in a drawer, and press them into mashed potatoes. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, peel and wash the carrots and chop into small pieces.
-
Put the carrots and mashed potatoes into a food processor and smash them first, then add the diced chicken and beat into a puree.
-
Take out the mixed meat paste, add flour, and stir evenly. If it feels dry, add an appropriate amount of water. Don't add too much. Add salt, pepper and oyster sauce and mix well.
-
Put the minced meat into a piping bag. If you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a fresh-keeping bag and cut a small opening.
-
Squeeze the minced chicken into the mold. If you don't have a mold, you can prepare a piece of tinfoil. Apply a layer of cooking oil. It's also good to squeeze the minced meat onto the tinfoil and roll it up.
-
Cover the mold and put it on the drawer, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and steam the water for about 20 minutes.
-
Remove from the pan.
