Valentine's Day is coming! Although we are married and don’t have a lover, we can still have feelings! Smelling the scent of Valentine's Day, I quickly put my long-unused molds to use. I happened to make carrot, tomato and cranberry juice. I made too much, and it was winter again, so I didn’t dare to drink too much cold food. I just used this sweet and sour juice to make two sweet and sour love breads. This bread uses the Chinese sowing method. An 8-inch cake mold and an 8-inch mousse mold. Although they are both 8 inches, there is a difference in actual size! Because they are all heart-shaped, rose shapes are used inside. 1 also has the unitary sound in Chinese, which means to be together. There are 19 roses in the big mold, which means long-lasting, and there are 11 roses in the small mold, which means single-mindedness.
