Overview
My son is a beef lover, and he loves to eat anything made with beef. What my son likes to eat is what his mother likes to cook, so beef is an indispensable part of the Chinese New Year. This curry potato and beef dish is a Chinese New Year dish prepared for my son. My son likes this dish very much and never gets tired of eating it.
