Wash the okra, remove the stems and slice diagonally, place in a plate and set aside.

Cut the tofu skin into thin strips and set aside.

Slice garlic and cut pepper into rings, set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and chili and saute until fragrant, then add okra and tofu skin, add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste, stir-fry for a while.

Take out of the pan and serve immediately.
