Wash the broccoli and soak it in water for thirty minutes;

Slice the garlic, put water in the pot and bring to a boil, put the garlic and broccoli stems into the pot and cook for a while;

Add the broccoli, it will take about ten minutes, the broccoli will be cooked, add some salt to taste;

Remove from the pot, top with soy sauce and sesame oil, and serve. (Sometimes in our house we don’t add sesame oil and just pour soy sauce on it and eat it directly)
