Soak the red dates in water for 30 minutes and set aside

Add appropriate amount of water and knead the glutinous rice flour into a dough

Cut the red dates in half with a knife and remove the core. Note: Do not cut completely. According to the size of the red dates, add glutinous rice balls kneaded into the shape of date cores and place them in the red dates.

Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, steam over high heat, and take it out after 10 minutes.

Drizzle with honey and osmanthus juice. Or you can drizzle honey alone.
