Cut gelatine into small pieces

Add ice cubes and water and soak until soft to remove the fishy smell

Put sugar in the cooking pot

Pour in water

Squeeze in lemon juice

Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into small pieces

Put the kiwi fruit into the cooking pot, cover and cook for 20 minutes

Add gelatine slices to the boiled kiwi water and stir constantly
-
Pour into a wooden bran cup (or pudding bottle)
-
Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for 3 to 4 days
