Wash millet.

Wash the apples, peel, core and cut into cubes.

Wash, core and slice the dates.

Wash the rice and set aside.

Two spoons of brown sugar and a few wolfberry.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in millet, rice, apples and dates. Cook over medium-low heat for an hour. When the surface becomes sticky, turn off the heat and add brown sugar. Stir evenly, as shown in the picture.

Serve in bowls.
