Crispy mulberry rolls
Overview
Continue making bread with mulberry jam. In fact, just make 5 pieces, but if you want to make 6 pieces, the result is that the paper model is too big and has too little content. I simply took off my clothes to take pictures, so that the shortcomings would not be obvious.

Prepare dough ingredients

Pour the dough ingredients except butter into a large bowl

Mix with a mixer

When slightly smooth, add butter and continue stirring

Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for about 60 minutes

Grows to about 2.5 times the size

Remove the air, roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and rest for 15 minutes

Roll out into a rectangular shape

Spread mulberry sauce

Roll up, close the mouth downward

Cut into 6 roughly equal pieces

With the cut upwards, place the paper mold into the paper mold and let it ferment for about 40 minutes

Let the dough double in size

Shave pastry dough into crumbs
