Cut the tofu into 5 mm thick triangular slices, sprinkle with a little salt, marinate and fry in oil until both sides are browned.

Cut the cabbage into walnut-sized pieces and blanch them for easy frying.

Heat another pot with cold oil, sauté the chopped green onion, add the cabbage and stir-fry for a few times. Then add the tofu cubes, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt. Remove from pan and plate after one minute.
