Pumpkin oatmeal steamed buns
Overview
It’s raining today and it’s hard to go out, so I’ve been researching steamed buns at home, but I’ve never been successful, but I also want to eat whole grains. The ones sold outside are all refined grains, so I’ll do my own research!

Steps

After the pumpkin is steamed, add sugar and crush it into a paste. Add yeast, sugar and salt to the mixed powder. When the pumpkin is warm, add it to the powder and knead it into a three-gloss dough. This is what it looks like after it has been fermented twice. Press it with your fingers and it will not collapse or rebound.
-
Divide the dough into 2 parts. This is the first part for shaping. Let it rest for another 20 minutes
-
The rest lay awake on the table and covered with a basin
-
Steamed for the first time
