Vermicelli crab
Overview
I made this for my family during the Spring Festival. The water from the crabs flows into the vermicelli and becomes vermicelli soup. It is very delicious, especially mixed with crab paste~

After preparing the ingredients, first break the crab shell and cut it into quarters. Be sure to remove the crab's gills and wash away all the mud.

The vermicelli should be soaked in boiling water first, then spread on the bottom, and then placed as crabs, and placed in an aligned manner, as if they have not been cut. As shown in the picture, of course, ginger, garlic, salt, MSG, sugar, and oil are also required. Remember that the vermicelli is quite good at eating some.

If you don’t have a steamer, you can do the same as me and put a water mesh on the wok to steam it. Just use medium heat.
