Osmanthus and bayberry soup
Overview
My girl's friend delivered two boxes of fresh bayberries from Zhejiang. What I have to say is that Shunfeng Express is really fast now. I received the goods at 2 o'clock in the evening at 8 o'clock in the morning. The ice packs were still frozen. The bayberries are so fresh. It is not easy to eat such fresh bayberries in the north. Although they are also sold in supermarkets, the freshness is greatly reduced, and due to transportation factors, they are all chosen with low maturity and taste so sour. The bayberry sent by a friend is highly mature and has a sweet yet slightly sour taste. I have never tasted such sweet bayberry here. I was given 2 large boxes, which I couldn’t finish at once, so I used them to make various delicacies. The self-developed osmanthus sugar is paired with fresh bayberry, and the osmanthus and bayberry soup is freshly baked. Put it in the refrigerator for a while. In this hot summer, enjoy it with a bowl of sweet and sour bayberry soup with the fragrance of osmanthus!
