Cook chicken thighs in a casserole for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, remove from the pot and let cool

Chop ginger and garlic into large pieces

Cut green onions into sections

Wash the green onions and set aside

Add salt to the pot and fry until cooked

Put the fried salt in a plate, add a tablespoon of chicken broth, a small amount of chicken essence and mix well

Put 2 taels of olive oil in the pot, put the ginger, garlic and scallions into the pot and fry over low heat until fragrant

Fry the green onion, ginger and garlic until the banana turns yellow, then remove and discard
