Two apples

Peel and cut apples, put them in salt water first, otherwise they will oxidize before they are cooked. Lemon

Put the cut apples in a pot with a little water and cook for five minutes. When soft, drain and stir in a blender. Do not pour out the water in the pot. Return the stirred apple puree to the pot, add water and sugar. (If you like sweetness, add more, so it can be stored longer.) Cook over medium-low heat for another 20 minutes, stir slowly until the juice is reduced

After the juice is reduced, add the juice of half a lemon and bring to a boil. Let cool and store in a glass bottle
