Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the white radish into shreds (or grate it with a tool, I'm not good at knife skills so I'll just watch it), put 3 teaspoons of salt in a basin to drain out the water, and then let it marinate for about 15 to 30 minutes.
-
Marinate the shredded radish and set aside. Cut the washed peppers into rings and chop the garlic into minced garlic. Set aside.
-
Wash the pickled radish shreds with water and put the water in a basket to dry.
-
Put oil in the pot, then add the chili and garlic and saute until fragrant.
-
Then pour the shredded radish into the pot, stir-fry for two or three minutes, then add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and salt and stir-fry.
-
If you like it crispy, fry it for about 10 minutes, and if you like it cooked and soft, fry it for about 15 minutes.
