Rice cooker cake
Overview
I can’t go out because of the typhoon today. But I want to eat cake, so let’s make a lazy cake by myself. I don’t want to eat outside anymore. Friends who are interested, please come together to communicate and learn.

Separate egg yolks and egg whites. (There must be no yellow in the egg white or it won’t be able to be beaten)

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.

Then add sugar. (Add sugar three times)

Beat the egg whites with an electric egg beater until this point (add sugar for the second time, continue to beat and add sugar for the third time)

Just beat the egg whites until they can no longer be poured out.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk plate in three batches.

Mix the egg batter evenly (do not turn in circles)

Preheat the rice cooker, sweep some oil (to make it easier to bake the cake), pour in the egg mixture and shake it a few times.
