Prepare all the ingredients by washing the dried chilies. Ginger slices, garlic peeled, green onions cut into sections

Tear the white lotus flowers with your hands, wash and drain

Put a little blended oil in the pot and stir-fry the seasonings until fragrant.

Add the white lotus and stir-fry until the water comes out slightly, then pour in the light soy sauce and vinegar.
