  1. Prepare ingredients: 225g high-gluten flour, 25g low-gluten flour, 30g sugar, 3g salt, 3g yeast, one egg, 120g milk, 35g butter, 50g raisins.

  2. Put all the ingredients except butter and raisins in a bread machine and mix until the surface of the dough is smooth and a thicker film can be drawn out. Add butter and knead until it reaches the expansion stage, then add soaked and drained raisins and knead evenly. Leave in a warm place to ferment.

  3. Deflate the fermented dough and divide it into 6 small doughs, roll into balls and rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Roll the rested dough into an oval shape, turn it over, thin the bottom edge and roll it into a strip, and slowly roll it into a long shape.
