Knead all ingredients into a ball and place on an oiled silicone mat.

Wrap the dough in a silicone mat and refrigerate overnight.

Take it out the next day, sprinkle with flour, roll into slices and cut into sections.

Use chopsticks to press the two dough sheets overlapping into a line.

Heat the oil until small bubbles appear. Hold the two ends of the fried dough sticks to stretch them slightly, put them in the oil pan and fry them. Use chopsticks to keep turning them to prevent one side from being overcooked.

Take it out and drain it and it's ready to eat.

It's delicious chopped and served with glutinous rice and tofu curd.
