Wash the fish and drain it with kitchen paper towels. Cut the tofu into small pieces, shred two pieces of ginger, leave one thick piece uncut, and rub some salt on the fish

Heat the pot and add oil

Heat the oil until 70%, add the fish, add the ginger slices together, and fry until golden brown on both sides

When the fish is almost fried, put down the shredded ginger and fry it

Add water and tofu, boil until dry, cover the pot, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. The soup water can be increased or decreased according to how many people are eating

After 5 minutes, the soup will turn into milk color, add appropriate amount of salt to taste

Place in a pot and garnish with some chopped green onion
