Golden dumplings

Nowadays, eating whole grains is both healthy and weight-loss. The dumplings made with cornbread are golden and very appetizing.

Use 2 parts cornmeal and 1 part white flour to make dumpling noodles.

Mix the noodles with warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

While the noodles are empty, prepare the fillings for the dumplings. The filling depends on your personal preference.

Cut the cooked noodles into small pieces.

Roll out the small portion into a skin.

Add stuffing and make dumplings.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan and heat the pan over low heat. Dip a little oil under each dumpling and place them one by one. Cover the pan and fry over low heat for 1 minute. Then add water until the water reaches 1/3 of the dumplings. Wait until the water is gone and then lower the heat to low. Remove from the pan after 15 minutes.
