Coconut Cookies
Overview
I usually like to make bread with coconut paste, which tastes delicious. Putting shredded coconut in cookies also tastes great. Because of the added coconut, the amount of flour in the commonly used plain cookies needs to be reduced accordingly.

Mix milk and granulated sugar, heat over water to melt, let cool and set aside

After the butter is softened, beat it with an electric mixer

Take a large piping tip and put it into a piping bag, and put an appropriate amount of cookie batter into the bag

Press out the cookie dough on the non-stick baking sheet in the way you like. There are two pans in total

Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and cook for about 15 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown
