Cartoon mashed potatoes

Steps

1. 1 Peel and cut potatoes into cubes and steam until cooked.

   

2. 2 After the steamed potatoes are hot, mash them into puree with a spoon.

   

3. 3 Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

   

4. 4 Cut the cucumber into two thin slices and one thicker slice.

   

5. 5 Use seaweed to cut out cartoon eyes, mouth and eyebrows.

   

6. 6 Take a clean flat plate, place a thick cucumber slice on it, then shape two cartoon arms out of the mashed potatoes, wrap the two thin cucumber slices and place them on the plate.

   

7. 7 Then use mashed potatoes to shape a head with a pointed top and a rounded bottom.

   

8. 8 Glue the seaweed outline on.

   

9. 9 Pinch out two more ears.

   

10. 10 Place the head between the two arms, then glue on the two ears to complete the shape.

    

11. 11 Finally, cut the carrots into flowers and add cucumber slices and carrots for decoration.
