Do not peel the radish, cut into 0.5CM thick slices.

Wash the millet and remove the stems.

Chop spicy millet.

Take out a clean container with a lid, put in the sliced radish, and add salt. The amount of salt is about the amount you usually use for cooking.

Add vinegar, a little more vinegar, probably 4 times the amount you usually use for cooking.

Add the sugar, the amount of sugar and vinegar are about the same.

Add light soy sauce, just enough for normal cooking.

Add the spicy millet, cover the lid, shake the container up, down, left and right to mix all the ingredients evenly, cover and seal, and you can eat it after three days. (If you are cooking a lot, it is best to shake the container a few times a day so that the ingredients can be fully mixed evenly.)

Cover and refrigerate. As time goes by, the soup in the container will gradually increase.
