West Toast
Overview
A few days ago, I kneaded the dough by hand and made plain toast. Part of it was used to make banana bread pudding. The crust and edges of the toast were made into bread crumbs, leaving the soft part in the middle to make today's western toast.

Crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat them up. The bowl must be large so that the egg liquid can be easily dipped
