Peel, wash and cut the taro into small pieces or slices, steam it in a steamer until it can be easily penetrated by chopsticks

Put it in a food processor, add some milk and puree

Pour an appropriate amount of corn oil into a non-stick pan

Pour in the taro paste, add appropriate amount of sugar, stir-fry

Fry until you want the dryness and humidity, turn off the heat and add an appropriate amount of sugar and osmanthus
