It’s hard to store chocolate if you can’t finish it, and it doesn’t taste good in the refrigerator. With some simple ingredients, you can make delicious snacks, perfect for afternoon tea.

Ingredients: Pastry matcha chocolate cranberry dried sesame whole egg liquid

Cut the puff pastry into two parts from the middle.

Place a piece of chocolate 3/4 of the way up the pastry.

Arrange dried cranberries around the chocolate.

Spread all the egg wash on the edges of the puff pastry.

Place the other side of pastry over the chocolate cranberries and press down the edges with a fork.

Arrange all pastries on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of whole egg wash over the pastry.

Sprinkle some more sesame seeds on top of the egg mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry puffs up and the surface is golden.
