Add a little oil to the wok, add minced meat, 30g light soy sauce and minced onion and ginger, stir-fry.

After it's cooked, pour 50g of water and bring to a boil (don't put too much water in the pot, otherwise it will be too thin when fried).

Pour the prepared starch water into the wok and stir-fry quickly.
