Overview
I like to eat fried fish because it is very fragrant and has no fishy smell. I chose flat fish because it is flat and relatively thin, makes it more fragrant when fried, and is easier to savor. Add vinegar, steamed fish soy sauce, and dried chili pepper. It’s a delicious dish that goes well with meals!

Prepare the flat fish and clean it.

Scrape off the black membrane inside and cut into pieces.
