1. 1 Prepare the main ingredients and molds, soften the gelatine sheets with ice water, and then heat them with hot water for about 50 degrees until they melt into liquid

   

2. 2 Whip the light cream and caster sugar until 7 points, add thick yogurt and stir evenly

   

3. 3 Pour the melted gelatine liquid into the light cream yogurt paste

   

4. 4 Mix well

   

5. 5 First take 2/3 of the mousse paste and sift it into the pillow mold

   

6. 6 Shake gently a few times to release bubbles

   

7. 7 Then divide the remaining mousse paste into two parts, add pink coloring to one part and blue coloring to one part

   

8. 8 Use a piping bag to squeeze into the love mold and freeze it overnight. It will be easier to demould the next day. Be careful when demoulding, otherwise it will easily damage the surface
